You live in a well-tended garden right on the beach, with a large swimming pool and tennis courts.
Look at the sea from the balcony
From the balcony of the apartment, on which the four of you can comfortably sit and eat, you can see the pool, the promenade, the beach and the sea to the side. On the other side you look at the Sierra Tejeda, whose peaks are sometimes covered with snow in the winter season.

Relaxed comfort to feel good
The apartment consists of the living room, separate bedroom, hall, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a balcony.
There is a double bed, approx. 180 cm x 200 cm, as well as a pull-out sofa in the living room (lying area approx. 160 cm x 200 cm) with a continuous mattress, i.e. without a "visitor crack".
Furnishing:
- Dining table with four chairs as well as cutlery, glasses and crockery for four people,
- air conditioning in the living room and bedroom,
- 43 Inch Smart TV with internet and satellite TV, Internet / WLAN, hi-fi system with CD, radio, Bluetooth and aux connection for smartphone / iPhone
- dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave with convection baking function and grill,
- toaster, coffee machine, kettle, French press, cafetiere, juice press, etc.,
- open balcony with awning and patio furniture, pool or beach chairs and folding chairs,
- beach and sea views, pool view as well as a view of the mountain panorama of the Sierra Tejeda y Almijara.
The swimming pool
The swimming pool is protected in between the buildings of the Centro Internacional. The water quality and the water temperature are regularly measured by the lifeguards. The pool area has toilets, changing rooms and showers.
In addition to a separate children's pool, there is a convenient staircase with a handrail and a pool lift for people with reduced mobility.

Tennis courts
The urbanization also includes two tennis courts. In order to play here, you have to enter yourself in the list or contact the administration in house 72.
Bringing animals
Since some of our tenants are allergic to animal hair, we decided to only rent out the apartment on the condition that no animals are brought along. We thank you for your understanding.
Non smoking apartment
It is a non-smoking apartment.
Pool opening times
In the summer season from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
In the low season from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.
The pool will be closed from November 15th to April 1st.
