The Bandera Azul, the blue flag, certifies the high water quality, which is checked regularly.
Trained lifeguards and first aiders monitor the situation in the water (in season).
Ramps, paths and a beach wheelchair enable wheelchair users to access the beach and bathe in the sea.
In addition to the beach in front of the building, there are other great beaches to enjoy.
Our recommendations are:
The fine sandy beach of Torre del Mar can also be reached by foot about four to five kilometers along the promenade. It is more comfortable by bike, rental car, taxi or bus.
In addition to beach bars and beach restaurants (Merenderos and Chiringuitos), there are also jet skis, windsurfing, stand up paddling, canoes, pedal boats, etc. during season.
Nerja is known for the "Balcony of Europe" and is about 25 minutes by car east of Algarrobo-Costa.
There are around 15 beautiful beaches and bays around Nerja. These include some of the most beautiful beaches on the whole coast.
