Prices & conditions
The following prices are based on an overnight stay or a week.
Prices 20243/25
Water, electricity, internet, final cleaning, laundry and deposit
The prices include the costs for water, electricity and internet.
In addition, there is a one-off fee of 75,- Euros for final cleaning, bed linen and towels.
The deposit is 150,- euros for a stay of up to 30 days.
It will be transferred back after all keys and pool tokens have been returned.
Long term rental / winter in Spain
In the months of November, December, January and February, we offer low monthly rates
for long-term renters: starting at 689 euros per month incl. water and
plus 100 euros for laundry and final cleaning
Electricity
is charged according to the billing of the electricity provider (usually between 75 and 95 euros / month)
Payment and deposit for log term rentals
50% of the rental price of the first month plus the 100 Euro for bed linnen, towles and final cleaning is due when our booking confirmation including the account details is sent.
The remaining 50% of the rental price and the long term deposit of 250 euros are due 30 days before departure.
Travel cancellation
Please understand that it is very difficult for us to rent the booked apartment again in the event of cancellations at short notice and therefore the following cancellation fees / compensation for the cancellation will apply:
In the event of cancellation
30 - 15 days before the start of the stay: 30% of the rental price
between 14 - 1 days before the start of the stay: 50% of the rental price
The deposit and cleaning costs will be fully refunded in the event of cancellation.
Times for arrival and departure
The apartment is usually available to you in the afternoon from around 3:00 p.m. To ensure that this is the case and that we have enough time to thoroughly clean the apartment, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
If you want to leave later, please contact us in good time. We will then check whether the apartment is already rented in the afternoon or whether you can stay there longer.
